Terms & Conditions

· CleanCleaning will provide a replacement cleaner if the Client’s regular cleaner is not available.
· Our cleaners work any day of the week including Bank Holidays. If your cleaning visit is due on a Bank Holiday and you haven't called or e-mailed to cancel the visit, the regular amount due for that cleaning visit will be charged regardless of whether the cleaner has cleaned your property or not.
· If the Client supplies the cleaning equipment and materials must be in full working order. In the case where cleaning materials and equipment are not provided/not in full working order, the result from the cleaning visit may not be satisfactory, CleanHouseCleaners . cannot be held responsible and no refund can be claimed by the Client for the job in question.

· CleanCleaning will provide all cleaning materials and equipment on request. Please note that this may be subject to a surcharge.
· The Client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and electricity.
· The Client agrees to pay all invoices no later than one week after receipt of such invoice.
· The Client agrees that unpaid account will attract Interest at 10% per month.
· The Client agrees to arrange access to his/her property when the cleaner arrives and if the personnel can’t get in to clean his/her property the Client agrees to pay the full amount for hours booked.
· In terms of security: all fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed.
· We cannot accept responsibility for: key replacement/locksmith fees if keys are lost by our operatives; cleaning job not complete due to the lack of hot water or power; third party entering or present at the customer's premises during the cleaning process;

Claims: In case of a complaint, the Company requires to be notified within 24 hours after completion of the cleaning work. The company will not consider any complaints which are notified after such period of 24 hours. If the Client is dissatisfied with the work, a cleaner must be allowed to return and re-do the job at no extra charge.

Carpets: The Company will not be responsible for failing to remove old permanent stains that cannot be removed using normal carpet cleaning methods. We cannot accept responsibility for: shrinkage to carpets that are poorly fitted; damage to upholstery where cleaning Instructions are not visible; wear or discoloring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely standard carpet cleaning equipment.

We reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions.
